A shoreline retreat, 32 years in the making.
Borealpavilion started in 1994 as a single villa on a quiet bay, and expanded only when we knew we could grow without losing what made it worth the journey. 32 years on, we keep 120 rooms and suites, two kitchens and one gaming rooms, and we still turn away more business than we take.
Luxury, for us, is not marble and gold leaf. It is the second coffee you never had to request, the driver who recalls your name, the table held an hour past closing because you were still mid-conversation. We hire for that instinct and we keep the people who have it.
Most of our guests return, and that is the entire plan. We would rather 75 percent of a smaller number come back each year than chase a larger one that never does.
Quiet details, handled well
None of it is loud. All of it is intentional. That is the difference our regulars come back for.

Jazz evenings in the main bar, headline acts in the rotunda, and intimate lounge sets four nights a week. The pianist on Thursday has been with us for years. Some guests fly in just to hear him.
